Second Sip Low Proof Gin

2 oz Second Sip

1 oz simple syrup

.75 oz lemon juice

2 oz club soda

Combine all ingredients except the club soda into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a highball, add ice, and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

2 oz Second Sip

.5 oz simple syrup

4 blackberries

.75 oz lemon juice

.5 oz creme de mure (optional)

Muddle the blackberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients except the creme de mure. Add a pinch of crushed ice and shake. Pour into a double rocks glass, add crushed ice, and top with a float of creme de mure. Garnish with a blackberry.

2.5 oz. Second Sip 

.5 oz. Olive brine

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with an olive.

1.5 oz, Second Sip

1 oz. sweet vermouth

1 oz. Campari

Orange twist

Orange slice

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Pinch the orange twist over the glass to express the oils, then discard. Garnish with an orange slice.

2.5 oz of Second Sip Gin

0.5 oz of Dry Vermouth

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Stir, strain into a coupe or martini glass, and serve with an olive or lemon peel.

Freezer Martini:

Add ingredients plus .5 oz water to a bottle and freeze for two hours. Serve in a coupe or martini glass and serve with an olive or lemon peel.
